From October 20 through October 22, 2017 approximately 200 Notre Dame Sisters and Associates from all four U.S. provinces will gather at the Chardon Provincial Center for fellowship, prayer and presentations. The program theme is “Remember, Celebrate, Believe.”

The opening program will be a remembrance service honoring the deceased Associates and those deceased Sisters who were actively involved in the Associate relationship.

The theme of “Celebrate” will be highlighted on Saturday, October 21 when Sister Mary Kristin Battles, SND, Superior General, will give the keynote address.  Sister Teresita Richards, Toledo Province, will give a presentation on Sunday highlighting the theme “Believe” by looking at how the faith of our founding Sisters has continued to influence the spirit and growth of the congregation and the wonderful Sister-Associate relationship.

For the past two years, Tina Bernheimer, SND Associate from the Covington Province, has led the Associate Steering Committee in planning for this event.  With the four U.S. provinces merging into one SND-USA Province in 2020, this gathering brings us together and strengthens our bond in witnessing to God’s goodness and provident care.
