The Sisters of Notre Dame of the United States' "Justice, Peace, and Integrity of Creation" Office has prepared 12 Hours of Prayer for Peace on January 15. This day of prayer is focused on peace and non-violence as the United States of America nears Inauguration Day.

The National JPIC Office invited SND Associates to reflect on this opening quote from Gaudium et Spes: "The joys and the hopes, the griefs and the anxieties of the people of this age, especially those who are poor or in any way afflicted, these are the joys and hopes, the griefs and anxieties of the followers of Christ” (1).
