Ways to be a part of the Festival action: 

  • Parking 12:30-6 p.m.
  • Setup 8-11:30 a.m.
  • Grounds Crew 12:30-6:30 p.m.
  • Food Crew 12:30-6:30 p.m. 
  • Kids' Zone 12:30-6:30 p.m.
  • Games 12:30-6:30 p.m.

Volunteer Info

What time do I need to arrive for my shift?
First shift volunteers, please arrive by 12:30 p.m. All other volunteers, please be in place at your booth 15 minutes before your shift starts.

When and where is the Festival?
1:00-6:00 p.m. at Notre Dame Academy, 1699 Hilton Drive, Park Hills, KY.

Where do I park?
Please park in the back Notre Dame Academy lot. Leave spaces closest to NDA for older guests and handicap parking.

What should I wear?
Please wear your best patriotic gear! Wear comfortable shoes.

What do I do if the next shift is late or does not show?
Contact the point person for your booth, or festival chairs.

Where do I get information about my booth?
Each booth has a box with supplies, booth instructions, name tags, volunteer drink tickets, etc. waiting for you.

You mentioned volunteer drink tickets in the last response. What does this include?
You may use your ticket for a free soft drink or water.

Do I sign-in somewhere?
Yes! Please check-in at the info/welcome booth.
